What Rezfix Stores

Rezfix stores the resume profile, bullet points, skills, summaries, applications, resume snapshots, and notes that authorized users enter into the app.

Sign-In Data

Rezfix uses Google OAuth for sign-in. The app stores the Gmail address, display name, authorization status, and session records needed to keep the app secure.

Paid AI features store conversation messages, model usage, token estimates, and prompt/context manifests so quality and cost can be evaluated. AI context is resolved inside the Worker for the signed-in user only.

Resume import is designed not to retain uploaded file bytes. Rezfix stores only extracted draft data, import status, and clarification questions.

Access Control

Only active Gmail accounts added by the Rezfix admin can access the app. The admin can deactivate non-admin users from the admin panel.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to help users create targeted resumes, export documents, and track job applications. Rezfix does not sell user data.

AI Features

Future AI features may use saved resume profile content and pasted job descriptions to suggest resume content. User approval should be required before AI-generated content is saved.

Data Sharing

Rezfix shares data only with service providers needed to run the app, such as Cloudflare for hosting, database storage, and request handling, and Google for authentication.

Data Removal

Authorized users can ask the admin to remove their access or delete their stored content. Deactivated users cannot sign in.
